- Placement, first job and "room rent vs employed" decisions
- Treating active and sporty patients with confidence
Opening or growing a clinic
You can treat. Now you need the business side to work without burning you out.
- Solo, room rent, or inside a gym: what each costs and earns
- Pricing, appointment structure and keeping your diary full
- Getting your first patients without a big ad budget
- Bookings, reviews and follow-up systems that save your evenings

Tom Tang
Bachelor of Health Science / Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). Owner of Inertia Osteopathy since 2022.
Tom has owned and run Inertia Osteopathy for four years, inside Hammers Gym in Nunawading, treating active people with an evidence-informed, hands-on and exercise-led approach. He has a particular interest in sports and training injuries, including martial arts and pole, along with neck, back and shoulder pain.
He built the clinic from scratch in 2022: the room, the bookings, the pricing, the first patients, and the mistakes along the way. Four years of running it is what the coaching is built on.
